EcoMedia Europe
EcoMedia-Europe is an educational Socrates-Comenius Network co-financed by the European Commission. The main thematic area of the network is the strategic development of ICT and media based education in the field of Comenius. Furthermore the network works on three different but well complemented sub-themes linked to SOCRATES-COMENIUS.
[ED+ict] attended the International Conference for E-Learning in the Workplace in New York from June 8th - 13th. From June 14th - 17th they visited the E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo). Games are also new media for the next generation in educatiion. This requires also to be a topic in ecoMEDIA-europe.
The 5th EcoMedia-Europe Conference (May 9 - 13, 2010) is going to be held in Kalamata, Greece entitled “ICT and Lifelong Learning in all types of Education: Does this promote Cultural Diversity?”.
